  1. 1. Make sure all ingredients for the mayonnaise are at room temperature.
  2. 2. Whisk the egg yolks vigorously with salt, mustard, and one tablespoon of lemon juice.
  3. 3. Stir in a few drops of oil into the egg yolk mixture first.
  4. 4. Slowly drizzle in the remaining oil in a thin stream while continuing to whisk.
  5. 5. Ensure the oil is immediately bound by the egg yolk until a thick, creamy mayonnaise forms.
  6. 6. Fold the chopped herbs into the finished mayonnaise.
  7. 7. Season the mayonnaise to taste with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice.
  8. 8. Wash the prawns and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Wash the chili pepper, remove the stem, and chop it finely.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
  11. 11. Mix the chili, mustard, and oil in a bowl.
  12. 12. Toss the prawns in the marinade and mix well.
  13. 13. Season the prawns with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Grill the prawns on a grill or in a grill pan for 3 to 4 minutes.
  15. 15. Turn the prawns occasionally while grilling.
