  1. 1. Bring 250 milliliters of salted water together with the oil to a boil in a pot.
  2. 2. Remove the pot from the heat and pour in the couscous.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture briefly.
  4. 4. Cover the pot and let the couscous swell for five minutes.
  5. 5. Transfer the couscous into a bowl.
  6. 6. Fluff the grains with a fork.
  7. 7. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without additional fat.
  8. 8. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  9. 9. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  10. 10. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
  11. 11. Slice the spring onions into thin rounds.
  12. 12. Mix the couscous with the roasted pine nuts.
  13. 13. Add the chopped parsley and the spring onions.
  14. 14. Fold in the sultanas.
  15. 15. Sprinkle paprika powder and cinnamon over the couscous.
  16. 16. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  18. 18. Cut off a lid from each tomato.
  19. 19. Scrape out the seeds with a tablespoon.
  20. 20. Season the inside of the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
  21. 21. Fill the tomatoes with the couscous mixture.
  22. 22. Place the cut-off lids back onto the tomatoes.
  23. 23. Place the stuffed tomatoes on a lightly oiled grill tray.
  24. 24. Grill the tomatoes on a medium-hot grill.
  25. 25. Grill them for ten minutes.
  26. 26. Cover the tomatoes with a metal bowl while grilling.
  27. 27. Alternatively, you can cook them under a closed kettle grill.
