🍽️ Crispy Oyster Mushrooms with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp walnut kernels
- 3 sprigs flat-leaf parsley
- 250 g oyster mushrooms (approx. 8 mushrooms)
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- salt
- coarsely ground pepper
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the walnuts.
- 2. Wash the parsley.
- 3. Shake the parsley dry.
- 4. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 5. Roughly chop the parsley leaves.
- 6. Clean the oyster mushrooms.
- 7. Cut off the hard base of the stem.
- 8. Grease an aluminum foil tray with rapeseed oil.
- 9. Place the oyster mushrooms in the tray.
- 10. Preheat the grill.
- 11. Grill the mushrooms on the hot grill surface.
- 12. Grill each side for about 1 to 2 minutes.
- 13. Season the mushrooms with salt.
- 14. Season the mushrooms with pepper.
- 15. Drizzle walnut oil over the mushrooms.
- 16. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the mushrooms.
- 17. Sprinkle the walnuts over the mushrooms.
- 18. Serve the mushrooms immediately.
