🍰 Honey-Rum Pineapple from the Grill

Ingredients
- 1 pineapple
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rum
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the green leafy crown from the top of the pineapple.
- 2. Slice off the hard outer skin in strips until the fruit flesh is exposed.
- 3. Remove the hard eyes of the fruit one by one using the tip of a small knife.
- 4. Cut the fruit flesh into slices about 2 centimeters thick.
- 5. Mix honey, rum, and butter in a small bowl until you have a smooth mixture.
- 6. Brush the pineapple slices generously with the honey-rum-butter mixture.
- 7. Place the slices on the hot grill for 5 minutes.
- 8. Turn the pineapple once halfway through the cooking time.
- 9. Serve the warm slices immediately after grilling.
