  1. 1. Slice off the bottom and top of the pineapple to make them flat.
  2. 2. Cut the pineapple crosswise into thick slices.
  3. 3. Whisk the honey, rum, and butter together in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. 4. Brush the pineapple slices with the honey-rum butter mixture.
  5. 5. Turn on your oven's grill function and let it preheat.
  6. 6. Place the pineapple on the grill rack and put it under the hot grill.
  7. 7. Grill the pineapple for about 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Turn the slices once halfway through to caramelize them evenly.
  9. 9. Serve the grilled pineapple immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
