🍳 Hard-boiled eggs filled with smoked salmon cream

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 50 g salmon
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Carefully cut off the top third of the hard-boiled eggs.
- 2. Remove the yolks with a small spoon.
- 3. Mash the yolks in a bowl.
- 4. Mix the mashed yolks with crème fraîche and smoked salmon until smooth.
- 5. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- 6. Fill the empty egg white halves with the salmon cream.
- 7. Use a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
- 8. Serve the filled eggs.
- 9. Serve alongside a glass of water, toast slices, and sweet rolls.
