Ingredients
- 2 leaves oak leaf lettuce
- 4 sprigs flat-leaf parsley
- 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 0.5 tsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp medium-hot mustard
- 0.25 tsp paprika powder (rose-hot)
- salt
- pepper
- 100 g cooked chicken breast fillet (store-bought)
- 60 g small pita bread (1 small pita bread)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the leaves dry.
- 3. Tear the lettuce into large pieces.
- 4. Wash the parsley.
- 5. Shake the parsley dry.
- 6. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 7. Mix the yogurt with the oil.
- 8. Stir in the mustard.
- 9. Add the paprika powder.
- 10. Season with salt and pepper.
- 11. Fold in the chopped parsley.
- 12. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips.
- 13. Cut the pita bread horizontally.
- 14. Make sure the back edge stays connected.
- 15. Brush the cut surfaces with some yogurt sauce.
- 16. Fill the pita bread with the lettuce.
- 17. Add the chicken meat.
- 18. Add the remaining yogurt sauce.
- 19. Gently press the pita bread together.
- 20. Enjoy the dish immediately.
