  9. 9. Add the paprika powder.
  10. 10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Fold in the chopped parsley.
  12. 12. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips.
  13. 13. Cut the pita bread horizontally.
  14. 14. Make sure the back edge stays connected.
  15. 15. Brush the cut surfaces with some yogurt sauce.
