  1. 1. Open the can of tuna and let the oil drain off.
  2. 2. Save two tablespoons of the tuna oil.
  3. 3. Place the tuna into a bowl.
  4. 4. Pour the two tablespoons of oil over the tuna.
  5. 5. Mash the tuna finely with a fork.
  6. 6. Season the tuna mixture with black pepper.
  7. 7. Wash the tomatoes under running water.
  8. 8. Cut the tomatoes into four equal quarters.
  9. 9. Remove the hard stem ends from the tomato quarters.
  10. 10. Cut the tomato pieces into thin strips.
  11. 11. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
  12. 12. Remove the hard ends of the zucchini.
  13. 13. Grate the zucchini coarsely using a grater.
  14. 14. Take a sharp bread knife.
  15. 15. Cut the flatbread in half across the middle.
  16. 16. Take one of the bread halves.
  17. 17. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over the bread half.
  18. 18. Take the second bread half.
  19. 19. Spread the tuna mixture evenly here as well.
  20. 20. Take half of the prepared tomatoes.
  21. 21. Place the tomatoes on the bottom bread half.
  22. 22. Take half of the grated zucchini.
  23. 23. Distribute the zucchini over the bread.
  24. 24. Lightly season the toppings with salt.
  25. 25. Pepper the toppings with black pepper.
  26. 26. Place slices of cheese on the topping.
  27. 27. Take the remaining tomatoes.
  28. 28. Place the remaining tomatoes on the bread.
  29. 29. Take the remaining zucchini.
  30. 30. Place the remaining zucchini on the bread.
  31. 31. Place the top bread half on as a lid.
  32. 32. Wrap the entire bread tightly in aluminum foil.
  33. 33. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  34. 34. Place the wrapped bread on the tray.
  35. 35. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  36. 36. Set the oven to fan mode if available.
  37. 37. Set the temperature to 160 degrees Celsius.
  38. 38. Place the tray on the middle rack.
  39. 39. Bake the bread for 20 minutes.
  40. 40. Take the tray out of the oven.
  41. 41. Remove the aluminum foil from the bread.
  42. 42. Place the bread back on the tray.
  43. 43. Bake the bread for another 5 to 7 minutes.
  44. 44. Make sure the bread becomes crispy.
  45. 45. Take the bread out of the oven.
  46. 46. Cut the bread into portion pieces.
  47. 47. Serve the bread while still warm.
