🍽️ Oven-Baked Tuna and Zucchini Flatbread

Ingredients
- 120 g tuna in oil (can; drained weight)
- pepper
- 250 g tomatoes (5 tomatoes)
- 250 g zucchini (1 zucchini)
- 300 g large flatbread (0.5 large flatbreads)
- salt
- 100 g raclette cheese (sliced; 45 % fat in dry matter)
Instructions
- 1. Open the can of tuna and let the oil drain off.
- 2. Save two tablespoons of the tuna oil.
- 3. Place the tuna into a bowl.
- 4. Pour the two tablespoons of oil over the tuna.
- 5. Mash the tuna finely with a fork.
- 6. Season the tuna mixture with black pepper.
- 7. Wash the tomatoes under running water.
- 8. Cut the tomatoes into four equal quarters.
- 9. Remove the hard stem ends from the tomato quarters.
- 10. Cut the tomato pieces into thin strips.
- 11. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 12. Remove the hard ends of the zucchini.
- 13. Grate the zucchini coarsely using a grater.
- 14. Take a sharp bread knife.
- 15. Cut the flatbread in half across the middle.
- 16. Take one of the bread halves.
- 17. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over the bread half.
- 18. Take the second bread half.
- 19. Spread the tuna mixture evenly here as well.
- 20. Take half of the prepared tomatoes.
- 21. Place the tomatoes on the bottom bread half.
- 22. Take half of the grated zucchini.
- 23. Distribute the zucchini over the bread.
- 24. Lightly season the toppings with salt.
- 25. Pepper the toppings with black pepper.
- 26. Place slices of cheese on the topping.
- 27. Take the remaining tomatoes.
- 28. Place the remaining tomatoes on the bread.
- 29. Take the remaining zucchini.
- 30. Place the remaining zucchini on the bread.
- 31. Place the top bread half on as a lid.
- 32. Wrap the entire bread tightly in aluminum foil.
- 33. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 34. Place the wrapped bread on the tray.
- 35. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 36. Set the oven to fan mode if available.
- 37. Set the temperature to 160 degrees Celsius.
- 38. Place the tray on the middle rack.
- 39. Bake the bread for 20 minutes.
- 40. Take the tray out of the oven.
- 41. Remove the aluminum foil from the bread.
- 42. Place the bread back on the tray.
- 43. Bake the bread for another 5 to 7 minutes.
- 44. Make sure the bread becomes crispy.
- 45. Take the bread out of the oven.
- 46. Cut the bread into portion pieces.
- 47. Serve the bread while still warm.
