Ingredients
- 1 green apple
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- raspberries
- mint (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apple thoroughly. Carefully cut off the top to create a small lid. Remove the core using a spoon or a corer. Fill the inside with cottage cheese. You can sweeten the cheese to your liking with some sugar or honey.
- 2. Decorate the filled apple with fresh raspberries and a few leaves of mint.
