🍽️ Zucchini Boats Stuffed with Ham and Cheese

Ingredients
- 5 medium zucchini
- 100 g cooked ham
- 1 bunch mixed herbs (parsley, basil, tarragon)
- 1 olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 100 g mozzarella
- tarragon
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut off the ends (flower and stem). Cut four zucchinis in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the soft center (core) with a spoon. Dice the remaining zucchini into small cubes.
- 2. Cut the ham into small, fine pieces.
- 3. Rinse the herbs briefly under running water, shake them dry, and chop them finely.
- 4. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
- 5. Sauté the ham in hot oil. Add the zucchini cubes and sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the chopped herbs into the mixture.
- 6. Fill the zucchini mixture into the hollowed-out zucchini halves. Place them on a greased baking sheet. Top each zucchini with mozzarella slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with tarragon.
