🍽️ Fresh Wraps with Chili-Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 1 red chili pepper
- 6 sprigs mint
- 200 g yogurt (1.5 % fat)
- salt
- 100 g cucumber (1 piece)
- 0.5 lime
- 100 g avocado (0.5 avocados)
- pepper
- 2 tortilla wraps
- 80 g sliced poultry (4 slices)
- 80 g alfalfa sprouts
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chili pepper lengthwise.
- 2. Remove the seeds and wash the pepper thoroughly.
- 3. Wash the mint and shake off excess water.
- 4. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 5. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips.
- 6. Place the yogurt in a small bowl.
- 7. Stir the mint strips and chili pepper into the yogurt.
- 8. Season the mixture with salt.
- 9. Wash the cucumber and dry it.
- 10. Slice the cucumber into long, thin strips using a peeler.
- 11. Squeeze the lime to extract the juice.
- 12. Remove the pit from the avocado.
- 13. Peel the avocado.
- 14. Slice the avocado flesh.
- 15. Place the avocado slices in a bowl.
- 16. Drizzle some lime juice over the avocado.
- 17. Add the cucumber strips to the avocado.
- 18. Season the avocado and cucumber mixture with salt and pepper.
- 19. Spread the chili-yogurt dip evenly over the tortilla wraps.
- 20. Top the wraps with the poultry slices.
- 21. Distribute the avocado and cucumber slices on top.
- 22. Add the sprouts.
- 23. Roll up the wraps tightly.
