  2. 2. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3. Mix the butter, sugar, lemon zest, vanilla sugar, and salt until creamy.
  4. 4. Stir in the egg yolks one by one into the butter mixture.
  5. 5. Combine the flour, starch, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  6. 6. Sift the flour mixture over the foam.
  7. 7. Stir in the flour mixture and milk alternately.
  8. 8. Stir the mineral water into the batter.
  9. 9. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter.
  10. 10. Preheat the waffle iron and grease it.
  11. 11. Pour the batter into the waffle iron in portions.
  12. 12. Bake the waffles until golden brown.
  13. 13. Let the waffles cool on a wire rack.
  14. 14. Wash the raspberries and strawberries and let them drain well.
