🍽️ Stuffed Tuna Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 2 cans á 115 g Saupiquet tuna (spread)
- olives (pitted)
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the olives into very small cubes.
- 2. Mix the olive cubes with the tuna spread in a bowl.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 4. Cut each tomato horizontally in the middle to create two flat halves.
- 5. Remove the seeds and pulp from the bottom half of each tomato to create a hollow space.
- 6. Fill the hollows of the bottom tomato halves generously with the tuna and olive mixture.
- 7. Place the empty top tomato halves on top of the filled halves like a lid.
- 8. Serve the stuffed tomatoes immediately.
- 9. Garnish the dish with a fresh mixed salad if desired.
