  1. 1. Cut the olives into very small cubes.
  2. 2. Mix the olive cubes with the tuna spread in a bowl.
  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
  4. 4. Cut each tomato horizontally in the middle to create two flat halves.
  5. 5. Remove the seeds and pulp from the bottom half of each tomato to create a hollow space.
  6. 6. Fill the hollows of the bottom tomato halves generously with the tuna and olive mixture.
  7. 7. Place the empty top tomato halves on top of the filled halves like a lid.
  8. 8. Serve the stuffed tomatoes immediately.
  9. 9. Garnish the dish with a fresh mixed salad if desired.
