🍽️ Crispy Walnut Ham Rolls with Pear

Ingredients
- 50 g walnuts
- 0.5 lemon
- 1 ripe pear
- 100 g goat cream cheese
- 2 tbsp yogurt (0.3% fat)
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tortilla wraps (preferably whole grain)
- 120 g turkey salmon ham (in thin slices)
- some arugula (and radicchio)
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the walnuts.
- 2. Toast the nuts in a pan without oil until light brown.
- 3. Let the nuts cool down completely.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
- 5. Wash the pear thoroughly.
- 6. Cut the pear in half.
- 7. Remove the core with a small spoon.
- 8. Cut the pear into thin sticks.
- 9. Toss the pear sticks immediately with the lemon juice.
- 10. Stir the goat cheese until smooth.
- 11. Mix the cheese with the yogurt.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 13. Preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius.
- 14. Warm the tortilla wraps slightly in the oven.
- 15. Place a tortilla wrap on a large piece of cling film.
- 16. Spread the cheese mixture thinly over the wrap.
- 17. Place the turkey salmon ham slices side by side on the wrap.
- 18. Distribute the walnuts evenly over the wrap.
- 19. Distribute the pear sticks evenly over the wrap.
- 20. Roll the wrap tightly.
- 21. Wrap the roll in the cling film.
- 22. Twist the ends of the film tightly.
- 23. Chill the rolls in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- 24. Unwrap the rolls from the film.
- 25. Cut the rolls into individual pieces.
- 26. Wash the arugula and radicchio.
- 27. Dry the vegetables using a salad spinner.
- 28. Chop the vegetables finely.
- 29. Serve the rolls with the arugula and radicchio.
