🍽️ Crispy Chicken Wraps in Lettuce Leaves

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 small dried chili pepper
- 60 g green beans
- 8 leaves romaine lettuce
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 200 g very fresh chicken breast fillet
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp raw cane sugar
- 3 tbsp classic vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely.
- 2. Crumble the chili pepper onto a small plate.
- 3. Wash the beans and remove the hard ends.
- 4. Cut the beans into pieces about 1 centimeter long.
- 5. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them thoroughly.
- 6. Roughly chop the peanut kernels with a large knife.
- 7. Rinse the chicken breast fillet and pat it dry.
- 8. Chop the chicken meat as finely as possible.
- 9. Heat the oil in a wok or a large frying pan.
- 10. Fry the garlic and chili briefly over medium heat while stirring.
- 11. Add the chicken and beans to the pan.
- 12. Cook the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 13. Add the sugar, vegetable broth, peanuts, fish sauce, and soy sauce.
- 14. Cook the filling for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- 15. Distribute the hot mixture onto the lettuce leaves.
- 16. Serve the wraps with sweet chili sauce.
