  6. 6. Roughly chop the peanut kernels with a large knife.
  7. 7. Rinse the chicken breast fillet and pat it dry.
  8. 8. Chop the chicken meat as finely as possible.
  9. 9. Heat the oil in a wok or a large frying pan.
  10. 10. Fry the garlic and chili briefly over medium heat while stirring.
  11. 11. Add the chicken and beans to the pan.
  12. 12. Cook the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  13. 13. Add the sugar, vegetable broth, peanuts, fish sauce, and soy sauce.
