  6. 6. Wash the coriander and shake it dry.
  7. 7. Chop the coriander coarsely.
  8. 8. Peel the orange using a sharp knife.
  9. 9. Make sure to remove all the white pith.
  10. 10. Cut the fruit flesh out of the membranes.

  12. 12. Soak two rice paper sheets in 50°C water for 45 seconds.
  13. 13. Wet a kitchen towel thoroughly.
  14. 14. Place the damp towel on your work surface.
