  3. 3. Cut the mandarin pieces into small bites.
  4. 4. Wash the apple thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut the apple into four quarters.
  6. 6. Remove the core using a paring knife or a spoon.
  7. 7. Dice the apple flesh very finely.
  8. 8. Place the cut mandarins and diced apple into a small bowl.
  9. 9. Add the yogurt to the fruit mixture.
  10. 10. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  11. 11. Squeeze the lime half to extract the juice.
  12. 12. Stir the lime juice into the yogurt-fruit mixture.
  13. 13. Season the filling with a pinch of salt.
