🍽️ Low-Carb Stuffed Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients
- 300 g thin turkey schnitzel (6 thin turkey schnitzel)
- 45 g Parma ham (3 slice)
- 1 sprig sage
- salt
- pepper
- 400 g young leaf spinach
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp balsamic cream
Instructions
- 1. Place the turkey cutlets between two sheets of cling film.
- 2. Pound the cutlets flat with a meat mallet.
- 3. Cut the ham slices in half crosswise.
- 4. Wash the sage leaves and pat them dry.
- 5. Pluck six sage leaves from the stems.
- 6. Top each cutlet with one piece of ham.
- 7. Place one sage leaf on the ham.
- 8. Fold the cutlets in half.
- 9. Secure the filling with toothpicks.
- 10. Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.
- 11. Wash the leaf spinach thoroughly.
- 12. Drain the spinach in a colander.
- 13. Peel the onion.
- 14. Dice the onion finely.
- 15. Heat a grill pan.
- 16. Fry the cutlets for three to four minutes on the first side.
- 17. Fry the cutlets for three to four minutes on the second side.
- 18. Heat olive oil in a pot.
- 19. Sauté the onion cubes in the oil.
- 20. Add the spinach to the pot.
- 21. Stir the spinach until it wilts.
- 22. Season the spinach with salt and pepper.
- 23. Drizzle the cutlets with balsamic cream.
- 24. Serve the cutlets on top of the spinach.
