  2. 2. Lightly toast the nuts in a pan without added fat.
  3. 3. Peel the celery and wash it thoroughly.
  4. 4. Cut the celery into thin strips.
  5. 5. Place the celery strips in boiling salted water for 1 minute (this is called blanching, i.e., cooking briefly in boiling water).
  6. 6. Remove the celery with a slotted spoon or drain it in a sieve.
  7. 7. Immediately rinse the celery with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  8. 8. Wash the apple thoroughly.
  9. 9. Slice the apple and remove the core.
  10. 10. Cut the apple slices into thin strips.
  11. 11. Place the celery, apple pieces, and toasted walnuts in a bowl.
  12. 12. Mix the ingredients with the yogurt.
  13. 13. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Add some Worcestershire sauce.
  15. 15. Add some Tabasco sauce.
  16. 16. Take a slice of turkey deli meat.
  17. 17. Place a spoonful of the celery salad filling on the turkey slice.
  18. 18. Roll up the turkey slice tightly.
  19. 19. Secure the roll with a toothpick.
  20. 20. Repeat this with the remaining turkey slices.
  21. 21. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
  22. 22. Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
  23. 23. Carefully remove the flesh from the skin.

  25. 25. Place the avocado slices on a serving plate.
  26. 26. Season the avocado with salt and pepper.
  27. 27. Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice over the avocado.

  29. 29. Place the stuffed turkey rolls on top of the avocado.
