🍽️ Stuffed Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 30 g black olives (pitted)
- 1 sprig thyme
- 400 g turkey mince
- salt
- pepper
- 80 g feta cheese (9 % fat absolute)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic clove.
- 2. Finely dice the onion and garlic.
- 3. Roughly chop the olives.
- 4. Place the onion, garlic, and olives into a bowl.
- 5. Rinse the thyme.
- 6. Shake the thyme dry.
- 7. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems.
- 8. Add the thyme leaves to the bowl.
- 9. Add the turkey mince to the bowl.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 11. Knead all ingredients into a dough using the dough hooks of a hand mixer.
- 12. Divide the dough into four equal portions.
- 13. Cut the feta cheese into four cubes.
- 14. Wet your hands with water.
- 15. Shape one portion of mince into a flat circle.
- 16. Repeat this with the remaining three portions.
- 17. Place a cheese cube in the center of a meat circle.
- 18. Close the dough around the cheese.
- 19. Shape the filled portion into a flat cutlet.
- 20. Repeat this for all four cutlets.
- 21. Place the cutlets on an aluminum foil tray.
- 22. Brush the cutlets all over with olive oil.
- 23. Preheat the grill.
- 24. Place the cutlets on the hot grill.
- 25. Grill the cutlets for about 15 minutes.
- 26. Carefully turn the cutlets once after half the cooking time.
