  1. 1. Clean the peppers, wash them, and cut them into very small cubes. Wash the arugula as well and shake it dry.
  2. 2. Slice the rolls open and spread tomato paste on the bottom halves. Distribute the cheese, pepper cubes, and arugula on top. Place the top halves on and press down lightly.
  3. 3. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the stuffed rolls in it over medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy, until the cheese has melted.
  4. 4. Press the rolls slightly together so everything holds well. Serve warm.
