  1. 1. Whisk flour, milk, egg, and salt until smooth and let the batter rest for about 10 minutes. Rinse the arugula, remove the stems, and tear the leaves into small pieces. Grate the Parmesan. Fry eight thin pancakes from the batter and let them cool down.
  2. 2. Spread one teaspoon of cream cheese on each pancake. Distribute the prepared ingredients and salami on top, roll them up, and cut them diagonally in half. Serve the stuffed pancake rolls wrapped in napkins if desired.
