🍰 Berry Cream Puff Pastries

Ingredients
- 100 g raspberries
- 100 g blackberries
- 100 g red currants
- 150 ml cold whipping cream
- 1 vanilla pod (seeds)
- 20 g powdered sugar
- 16 small puff pastry tartlets
- sesame seeds (for decoration)
- fresh mint (for decoration)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the berries under running water.
- 2. Gently pat the berries dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Remove any stems or damaged parts from the berries.
- 4. Mix the cream with the vanilla and powdered sugar in a bowl.
- 5. Whip the cream mixture with a mixer until it is firm and stiff.
- 6. Fill the whipped cream into a piping bag.
- 7. Attach a star nozzle to the end of the piping bag.
- 8. Carefully fill the puff pastry pastries with the cream from the piping bag.
- 9. Distribute the prepared berries evenly over the filled pastries.
- 10. Sprinkle some poppy seeds over the pastries for decoration.
- 11. Place fresh mint leaves on the pastries as a final decoration.
- 12. Serve the pastries immediately to keep them fresh and crisp.
