  2. 2. Gently pat the berries dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Remove any stems or damaged parts from the berries.
  4. 4. Mix the cream with the vanilla and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  5. 5. Whip the cream mixture with a mixer until it is firm and stiff.
  6. 6. Fill the whipped cream into a piping bag.
  7. 7. Attach a star nozzle to the end of the piping bag.
  8. 8. Carefully fill the puff pastry pastries with the cream from the piping bag.
  9. 9. Distribute the prepared berries evenly over the filled pastries.
  10. 10. Sprinkle some poppy seeds over the pastries for decoration.
  11. 11. Place fresh mint leaves on the pastries as a final decoration.
  12. 12. Serve the pastries immediately to keep them fresh and crisp.
