🍽️ Bell peppers stuffed with cream cheese and cucumber filling

Ingredients
- Bell peppers (1 each red, yellow and green)
- 200 g cream cheese (curd cheese)
- 0.5 cucumber
- 2 tbsp corn (from the can)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the inner core with the seeds, and carefully scrape off the white inner membrane. Wash the cucumber and cut it into very small, fine cubes.
- 2. Mix the cream cheese with the diced cucumber and corn in a bowl. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Fill the bell pepper halves with the cream and serve them garnished with fresh herbs.
