🍽️ Grilled Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 red, elongated bell peppers
- 0.5 bunch parsley (à 10 g)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 200 g feta cheese (9 % fat absolute)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Pat the peppers dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut off the top lids of the peppers.
- 4. Remove the inside of the peppers along with the seeds.
- 5. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- 6. Shake the parsley dry.
- 7. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 8. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
- 9. Mix the chopped parsley with lemon juice.
- 10. Add olive oil to the parsley mixture.
- 11. Season the mixture with salt.
- 12. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 13. Brush the inside of the pepper halves with the parsley mixture.
- 14. Cut the cheese into four equal pieces.
- 15. Place one piece of cheese in each pepper half.
- 16. Place the stuffed peppers on the grill.
- 17. Grill the peppers over medium heat.
- 18. Grill the peppers for about 8 minutes per side.
- 19. Remove the stuffed peppers from the grill.
- 20. Plate the peppers.
- 21. Serve the peppers.
