  1. 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Pat the peppers dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut off the top lids of the peppers.
  4. 4. Remove the inside of the peppers along with the seeds.
  5. 5. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
  6. 6. Shake the parsley dry.
  7. 7. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  8. 8. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
  9. 9. Mix the chopped parsley with lemon juice.
  10. 10. Add olive oil to the parsley mixture.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with salt.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with pepper.
  13. 13. Brush the inside of the pepper halves with the parsley mixture.
  14. 14. Cut the cheese into four equal pieces.
  15. 15. Place one piece of cheese in each pepper half.
  16. 16. Place the stuffed peppers on the grill.
  17. 17. Grill the peppers over medium heat.
  18. 18. Grill the peppers for about 8 minutes per side.
  19. 19. Remove the stuffed peppers from the grill.
  20. 20. Plate the peppers.
  21. 21. Serve the peppers.
