  7. 7. Gently fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  8. 8. Melt one tablespoon of butter in a large non-stick pan.
  9. 9. Pour one quarter of the egg mixture into the hot pan.
  10. 10. Spread the mixture evenly with a spoon.
  11. 11. Place the lid on the pan.
  12. 12. Cook the omelet for about five minutes over medium heat.
  13. 13. Flip the omelet using the pan lid.
  14. 14. Cook the other side for another five minutes.
  15. 15. Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make three more omelets.
  16. 16. Keep all finished omelets warm in the oven at 80 degrees Celsius.
