  6. 6. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a large pan.
  7. 7. Fry the meat strips in the hot fat.
  8. 8. Add the diced shallot and garlic to the pan.
  9. 9. Sauté the vegetables briefly with the meat.
  10. 10. Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers.
  11. 11. Cut the bell peppers into strips or small pieces.
  12. 12. Add the peppers to the pan.
  13. 13. Spread curry paste and curry powder over the vegetables.
  14. 14. Sauté the spices briefly until fragrant.
  15. 15. Deglaze the mixture with cream.
