🍽️ Fresh Kohlrabi Rolls with Feta, Tomatoes, and Olives

Ingredients
- 120 g large leaves Kohlrabi greens (4 large leaves Kohlrabi greens)
- 200 g Feta (45 % fat in dry matter)
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
- 15 g black pitted olives (1 tbsp)
- 0.5 tsp dried basil
- pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the kohlrabi leaves under running water.
- 2. Shake the leaves dry so that no water remains on them.
- 3. Cut the feta cheese into four equal pieces.
- 4. Place one piece of feta on each kohlrabi leaf.
- 5. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
- 6. Slice the fresh cherry tomatoes into thin rounds.
- 7. Cut the dried tomatoes into thin strips.
- 8. Slice the olives into thick rings.
- 9. Distribute the fresh tomato slices, dried tomato strips, and olive rings evenly over the feta.
- 10. Season the filling with fresh basil leaves and black pepper.
- 11. Fold the left and right sides of the kohlrabi leaf towards the center.
- 12. Roll the leaf tightly from bottom to top.
- 13. Secure the parcel with a toothpick if it tends to open.
- 14. Brush the finished rolls with some oil.
- 15. Place the rolls on the preheated hot grill.
- 16. Grill the rolls for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 17. Remove the rolls from the grill as soon as the feta is soft and melted.
