  2. 2. Place the potatoes in a pot with plenty of water.
  3. 3. Cover the pot.
  4. 4. Boil the potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Peel the onions in the meantime.
  6. 6. Halve the onions.
  7. 7. Dice the onions finely.
  8. 8. Put the onions into a large bowl.
  9. 9. Drain the mozzarella.
  10. 10. Dice the mozzarella into small pieces.
  11. 11. Wash the tomatoes.
  12. 12. Cut out the stem area of the tomatoes in a conical shape.
  13. 13. Slice the tomatoes into slices about 1 cm thick.
  14. 14. Drain the cooked potatoes.
  15. 15. Rinse the potatoes under cold water.
  16. 16. Peel the cooled potatoes.
  17. 17. Halve the potatoes lengthwise.
  18. 18. Lightly hollow out the potato halves with a teaspoon.
  19. 19. If necessary, smooth the bottom sides of the potato halves with a knife.
  20. 20. Ensure that the potato halves can stand.
  21. 21. Mash the hollowed-out potato mass slightly with a fork.
  22. 22. Add the minced meat to the bowl with the onions.
  23. 23. Add the quark to the bowl.
  24. 24. Add the nuts to the bowl.
  25. 25. Add the tomato paste to the bowl.

  39. 39. Turn off the oven after 15 minutes.
  40. 40. Let the potatoes rest in the oven for another 5 minutes.
