  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
  2. 2. Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut a pocket into the thickest side of the breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. 4. Clean the mushrooms and dice them into fine cubes.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  6. 6. Heat some butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms and garlic in it.
  7. 7. Stir continuously until the liquid released by the mushrooms has completely evaporated.
  8. 8. Remove the pan from the heat and stir fresh rosemary leaves into the filling.
  9. 9. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. 10. Fill the pockets of the chicken breasts evenly with the mushroom mixture.
  11. 11. Wrap each stuffed breast tightly with a slice of ham.
  12. 12. Secure the ham wrap with kitchen twine by tying it firmly.
  13. 13. Brush a baking tray lightly with oil and place the chicken breasts on it.
  14. 14. Brush or drizzle the surface of the breasts with a little more oil.
  15. 15. Place the tray in the oven and roast the breasts for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
