🍽️ Stuffed Meat Patties with Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 g Camembert
- 800 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 5 tbsp oil
- 1 cucumber
- 1 small can corn
- 1 tbsp chopped dill tips
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic clove.
- 2. Dice the onion and garlic finely.
- 3. Heat butter in a pan.
- 4. Sauté the onion and garlic mixture until translucent.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat and set the mixture aside.
- 6. Cut the cheese into eight equal cubes.
- 7. Mix the minced meat, egg, and spices in a bowl.
- 8. Add the prepared onion and garlic mixture to the meat.
- 9. Knead everything thoroughly.
- 10. Wet your hands with a little water.
- 11. Shape eight meatballs from the meat mixture.
- 12. Press a small indentation into the center of each meatball.
- 13. Place one cheese cube into each indentation.
- 14. Close the meatballs so the cheese stays inside.
- 15. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
- 16. Fry the meatballs over medium heat.
- 17. Fry them for about ten minutes.
- 18. Peel the cucumber.
- 19. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- 20. Take the corn out of the can and let it drain.
- 21. Mix the cucumber slices with the corn.
- 22. Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper, and the remaining oil in a small bowl.
- 23. Pour the dressing mixture over the salad.
- 24. Toss the salad gently to ensure it is well marinated.
- 25. Place the meatballs on a plate.
- 26. Add the cucumber and corn salad.
- 27. Sprinkle the dish with fresh dill.
- 28. Serve the stuffed meat patties warm.
