🍰 Figures stuffed with hazelnut quark cream

Ingredients
- 200 g ripe fig (4 ripe figs)
- 1 tsp ground hazelnut kernels
- 100 g quark (20 % fat)
- 0.5 lemon
- black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the figs carefully under running water.
- 2. Pat the fruits dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- 3. Carefully cut off the top lid of each fig.
- 4. Carefully scoop out the inside of the figs using a teaspoon.
- 5. Make sure not to damage the fig skins in the process.
- 6. Mash the removed fig flesh finely with a fork.
- 7. Stir the ground nuts into the mashed fruit flesh.
- 8. Gently fold the quark into the nut-fruit mixture.
- 9. Squeeze the juice from the lemon half into the filling.
- 10. Add about one teaspoon of lemon juice.
- 11. Season the mixture with a pinch of pepper.
- 12. Fill the quark mixture back into the hollowed-out figs.
- 13. Place the cut-off lids diagonally on top of the filled fruits.
- 14. Sprinkle the finished figs with freshly ground pepper before serving.
