🍽️ Hard-boiled eggs filled with caviar cream

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 50 g keta caviar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- dill tips
Instructions
- 1. Carefully cut off the top third of the hard-boiled eggs. Remove the yolks with a small spoon and mix them in a bowl with the crème fraîche and half of the caviar. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 2. Fill the egg whites back with the yolk-caviar mixture. Finally, garnish the stuffed eggs with the remaining caviar and fresh dill sprigs.
