  1. 1. Stir the cream cheese with the lemon juice and honey until smooth. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt, some pepper, ground coriander, and ground cumin.
  2. 2. Fill each date with one teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture. Place half a walnut on top of the filling and arrange the dates on a plate. Wash the chives, shake them dry, and slice them into thin rings. Sprinkle the dates with the chive rings at the end.
