Ingredients
- 150 g goat cheese (45 % fat in dry matter)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- pepper
- 0.25 tsp ground coriander
- 0.25 tsp ground cumin
- 8 large dried dates (pitted)
- 8 half walnut kernels
- 0.5 bunch chives (10 g)
Instructions
- 1. Stir the cream cheese with the lemon juice and honey until smooth. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt, some pepper, ground coriander, and ground cumin.
- 2. Fill each date with one teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture. Place half a walnut on top of the filling and arrange the dates on a plate. Wash the chives, shake them dry, and slice them into thin rings. Sprinkle the dates with the chive rings at the end.
