🍰 Chocolate-Dipped Dates with Marzipan Walnut Filling

Ingredients
- 40 g walnuts
- 80 g marzipan
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 25 dried dates
- 100 g dark chocolate coating
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the walnuts.
- 2. Mash the marzipan finely with a fork.
- 3. Mix the mashed marzipan with the juice.
- 4. Fold the chopped walnuts into the marzipan mixture.
- 5. Make a lengthwise cut into the dates.
- 6. Remove the pits from the dates.
- 7. Fill the dates with the walnut-marzipan mixture.
- 8. Chop the chocolate (coating chocolate) into small pieces.
- 9. Melt the chocolate over a hot water bath.
- 10. Dip the filled dates halfway into the melted chocolate.
- 11. Let the excess chocolate drip off the dates.
- 12. Place the dates on baking paper.
- 13. Let the chocolate dry in the air.
