  1. 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly.
  2. 2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
  3. 3. Finely chop the removed stems.
  4. 4. Peel the onion.
  5. 5. Dice the onion into small cubes.
  6. 6. Wash the spinach.
  7. 7. Remove tough stems or wilted leaves from the spinach.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the spinach.
  9. 9. Melt 30 grams of butter in a pan.
  10. 10. Sauté the onion cubes in the butter.
  11. 11. Add the chopped mushroom stems to the pan.
  12. 12. Add the chopped spinach to the pan.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt.
  14. 14. Season the mixture with pepper.
  15. 15. Wash the tomatoes.
  16. 16. Dice the tomatoes.
  17. 17. Stir the tomato cubes into the spinach mixture.
  18. 18. Stir the cheese into the spinach mixture at the end.
  19. 19. Fill the spinach mixture into the empty mushroom caps.
  20. 20. Place the stuffed mushrooms in a greased baking dish.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the stuffed mushrooms with breadcrumbs.
  22. 22. Top the mushrooms with butter flakes.
  23. 23. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  24. 24. Bake the mushrooms for approx. 15 minutes in the oven.
