🍽️ Spinach-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 250 g spinach
- 60 g butter
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g butter cheese (in small cubes)
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
- 3. Finely chop the removed stems.
- 4. Peel the onion.
- 5. Dice the onion into small cubes.
- 6. Wash the spinach.
- 7. Remove tough stems or wilted leaves from the spinach.
- 8. Roughly chop the spinach.
- 9. Melt 30 grams of butter in a pan.
- 10. Sauté the onion cubes in the butter.
- 11. Add the chopped mushroom stems to the pan.
- 12. Add the chopped spinach to the pan.
- 13. Season the mixture with salt.
- 14. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 15. Wash the tomatoes.
- 16. Dice the tomatoes.
- 17. Stir the tomato cubes into the spinach mixture.
- 18. Stir the cheese into the spinach mixture at the end.
- 19. Fill the spinach mixture into the empty mushroom caps.
- 20. Place the stuffed mushrooms in a greased baking dish.
- 21. Sprinkle the stuffed mushrooms with breadcrumbs.
- 22. Top the mushrooms with butter flakes.
- 23. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 24. Bake the mushrooms for approx. 15 minutes in the oven.
