🍽️ Juicy Patties with Ketchup and Mustard Filling

Ingredients
- 1 stale whole wheat roll
- 2 onions
- 800 g ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 75 g low-fat quark
- salt
- pepper
- 6 tsp mustard
- 6 tsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak the bread rolls in lukewarm water.
- 2. Peel the onions.
- 3. Dice the onions very finely.
- 4. Place the minced meat in a large bowl.
- 5. Squeeze the soaked bread roll thoroughly.
- 6. Add the squeezed bread, along with the eggs and quark, to the meat.
- 7. Mix all ingredients for the meat mixture thoroughly.
- 8. Add the finely diced onions to the meat mixture.
- 9. Fold the onions in.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 11. Wet your hands with a little water.
- 12. Shape the mixture into 12 small patties.
- 13. Fill the mustard into a piping bag with a small nozzle.
- 14. Fill the ketchup into a second piping bag with a small nozzle.
- 15. Press a small hole into each patty using your finger.
- 16. Fill each hole with about one teaspoon of ketchup or mustard.
- 17. Close the patties again with your wet hands.
- 18. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- 19. Fry the patties over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
