  3. 3. Remove the core with a spoon or corer.
  4. 4. Place the pear halves on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. 5. Mix the lemon juice with the honey in a small bowl.
  6. 6. Brush the pear halves with the honey-lemon mixture.
  7. 7. Strip the thyme leaves from the stems.
  8. 8. Finely chop half of the thyme leaves.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  10. 10. Select the top and bottom heat setting.
  11. 11. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
  12. 12. Crumble the Roquefort cheese with your fingers.
  13. 13. Mix the walnuts, Roquefort, and chopped thyme in a bowl.
  14. 14. Pack the filling firmly into the hollowed-out pears.
  15. 15. Season the filling lightly with black pepper.
  16. 16. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
  17. 17. Bake the pears for about 10 minutes.
  18. 18. Remove the pears when the filling is golden brown.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the finished pears with the remaining fresh thyme leaves.
  20. 20. Serve the pears warm.
