  6. 6. Add the minced beef, eggs, and mustard.
  7. 7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Knead everything thoroughly until a smooth dough forms.
  9. 9. Shape eight small meatballs from the mixture.
  10. 10. Cut the mozzarella into eight equal pieces.
  11. 11. Take one meatball and wrap it with a piece of mozzarella.
  12. 12. Make sure the filling stays inside.
  13. 13. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
  14. 14. Fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides over medium heat.
