🍽️ Avocado halves with fruity strawberry topping

Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries
- 2 spring onions
- 1 mango
- 4 small avocados (600 g)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 sprigs mint
- 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Remove the stems from the strawberries.
- 2. Wash the strawberries under running water.
- 3. Cut the strawberries into small cubes.
- 4. Trim the ends of the spring onions.
- 5. Wash the spring onions.
- 6. Slice the spring onions into thin diagonal rings.
- 7. Peel the mango.
- 8. Cut the flesh away from the mango pit.
- 9. Dice the mango flesh into small cubes.
- 10. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
- 11. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
- 12. Pour half of the lemon juice into a small bowl.
- 13. Brush the cut surfaces of the avocados with the lemon juice.
- 14. Brush the hollows of the avocado halves with the juice as well.
- 15. Wash the mint under running water.
- 16. Shake the mint dry.
- 17. Take half of the mint sprigs.
- 18. Chop this mint finely.
- 19. Add the remaining lemon juice to a larger bowl.
- 20. Add the vinegar to the bowl.
- 21. Add the honey to the bowl.
- 22. Add the pepper to the bowl.
- 23. Add the chopped mint to the bowl.
- 24. Stir the liquids in the bowl well.
- 25. Add the diced strawberries to the sauce.
- 26. Add the spring onion rings to the sauce.
- 27. Add the mango cubes to the sauce.
- 28. Mix all the sauce ingredients well together.
- 29. Spoon the sauce onto the avocado halves.
- 30. Take the remaining mint.
- 31. Crumble the mint over the avocados.
