  10. 10. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
  11. 11. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
  12. 12. Pour half of the lemon juice into a small bowl.
  13. 13. Brush the cut surfaces of the avocados with the lemon juice.
  14. 14. Brush the hollows of the avocado halves with the juice as well.
  15. 15. Wash the mint under running water.
  16. 16. Shake the mint dry.
  17. 17. Take half of the mint sprigs.

  19. 19. Add the remaining lemon juice to a larger bowl.
