🍽️ Artichoke Hearts Stuffed with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts (400 g)
- 100 g mushrooms
- 2 shallots
- 0.5 bell pepper
- 6 green olives (pitted)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Drain the artichoke hearts well in a sieve.
- 2. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
- 3. Peel the shallots and cut them into small cubes.
- 4. Cut the bell peppers and olives into small cubes as well.
- 5. Heat the olive oil in a pot.
- 6. Sauté the prepared vegetables in it for about 10 minutes.
- 7. Warm the artichoke hearts in the oven.
- 8. Spread the warm vegetable filling over the artichoke hearts.
- 9. Serve the stuffed hearts together with baguette slices.
