  1. 1. Drain the artichoke hearts well in a sieve.
  2. 2. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
  3. 3. Peel the shallots and cut them into small cubes.
  4. 4. Cut the bell peppers and olives into small cubes as well.
  5. 5. Heat the olive oil in a pot.
  6. 6. Sauté the prepared vegetables in it for about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Warm the artichoke hearts in the oven.
  8. 8. Spread the warm vegetable filling over the artichoke hearts.
  9. 9. Serve the stuffed hearts together with baguette slices.
