🍽️ Camembert Mushroom Apples

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized tart apples
- lemon juice
- 1 Camembert (approx. 300 g)
- 150 g oyster mushrooms
- oil
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the stem end of the apples flat to create a small lid.
- 2. Remove the core and some of the flesh using a spoon or corer.
- 3. Rub the inside of the apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 4. Finely chop the apple flesh pieces you removed earlier.
- 5. Drizzle the chopped fruit flesh with a little lemon juice.
- 6. Take four small, nice pieces of oyster mushrooms and set them aside.
- 7. Finely chop the remaining oyster mushrooms.
- 8. Thinly remove the rind from the Camembert cheese.
- 9. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- 10. Mix the cheese cubes with the chopped mushrooms and the apple flesh.
- 11. Pack the filling firmly into the hollowed-out apples.
- 12. Lightly butter a baking dish.
- 13. Place the filled apples into the prepared dish.
- 14. Place the reserved oyster mushroom pieces on top of the apples.
- 15. Brush the mushrooms on top with a little oil.
- 16. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 17. Bake the apples in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
