🍰 Frozen Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 300 ml coffee (cold)
- 50 ml almond liqueur
- 400 g ladyfingers
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 750 g mascarpone
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 75 g dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa content)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the coffee with the liqueur.
- 2. Dip the ladyfingers briefly into the coffee mixture.
- 3. Line the bottom and sides of a loaf pan lined with cling film with the biscuits.
- 4. Freeze the pan briefly.
- 5. Separate the eggs.
- 6. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar over a hot water bath until white and creamy.
- 7. Make sure the mixture does not get too hot.
- 8. Whisk the mixture over a cold water bath until cold.
- 9. Stir in the mascarpone.
- 10. Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
- 11. Fold the egg whites into the cream.
- 12. Whisk the cream until stiff.
- 13. Fold in the cream together with the chocolate shavings.
- 14. Fill half of the cream into the pan onto the biscuits.
- 15. Place longitudinally soaked biscuits in the center.
- 16. Add the remaining cream on top.
- 17. Smooth the surface.
- 18. Cover the tiramisu with the remaining soaked biscuits.
- 19. Cover the pan with cling film.
- 20. Freeze the tiramisu for at least 4 hours.
- 21. Remove the tiramisu from the pan about 10 minutes before serving.
- 22. Remove the foil.
- 23. Sprinkle the tiramisu with the remaining chocolate.
