  1. 1. Mix the coffee with the liqueur.
  2. 2. Dip the ladyfingers briefly into the coffee mixture.
  3. 3. Line the bottom and sides of a loaf pan lined with cling film with the biscuits.
  4. 4. Freeze the pan briefly.
  5. 5. Separate the eggs.
  6. 6. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar over a hot water bath until white and creamy.
  7. 7. Make sure the mixture does not get too hot.
  8. 8. Whisk the mixture over a cold water bath until cold.
  9. 9. Stir in the mascarpone.
  10. 10. Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
  11. 11. Fold the egg whites into the cream.
  12. 12. Whisk the cream until stiff.
  13. 13. Fold in the cream together with the chocolate shavings.
  14. 14. Fill half of the cream into the pan onto the biscuits.
  15. 15. Place longitudinally soaked biscuits in the center.
  16. 16. Add the remaining cream on top.
  17. 17. Smooth the surface.
  18. 18. Cover the tiramisu with the remaining soaked biscuits.
  19. 19. Cover the pan with cling film.
  20. 20. Freeze the tiramisu for at least 4 hours.
  21. 21. Remove the tiramisu from the pan about 10 minutes before serving.
  22. 22. Remove the foil.
  23. 23. Sprinkle the tiramisu with the remaining chocolate.
