🍽️ Stuffed Burger Patties with Cheddar

Ingredients
- 2 mild green chili peppers
- 50 g mushrooms
- 150 g Cheddar (block)
- 500 g ground beef
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 rolls
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the peppers and remove the seeds.
- 3. Finely chop the deseeded peppers.
- 4. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly.
- 5. Finely chop the mushrooms.
- 6. Cut the cheddar into small cubes.
- 7. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper.
- 8. Mix the meat well with the spices.
- 9. Form four balls from the meat dough in your palm.
- 10. Press a hole into the center of each meatball.
- 11. Place some of the vegetable and cheese filling into the hole.
- 12. Seal the meat dough around the filling.
- 13. Press the stuffed balls slightly flatter.
- 14. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 15. Fry the burgers, turning them, for approx. 4 minutes on high heat.
- 16. Close the lid of the pan.
- 17. Cook the burgers for another approx. 4 minutes.
- 18. Ensure that the cheese melts in the center.
- 19. Wash the salad.
- 20. Shake the salad dry.
- 21. Halve the buns horizontally.
- 22. Top the buns with the salad.
- 23. Place the stuffed meatballs on the salad.
- 24. Serve the burgers with a dollop of ketchup to taste.
