🍽️ Chicken Sandwich with Cream Cheese, Sprouts, and Cucumber

Ingredients
- 8 leaves lettuce (e.g. Romaine)
- 0.25 cucumber
- 1 sprout (e.g. Alfalfa)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp milk
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp horseradish
- black pepper
- 8 slices whole grain bread (at your choice)
- 12 slices smoked turkey breast fillet
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the lettuce leaves, the sprouts, and the cucumber.
- 2. Gently dry the vegetables with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- 4. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the inside with the seeds.
- 5. Rinse the deseeded bell peppers briefly again.
- 6. Dice the bell peppers very finely.
- 7. Stir the cream cheese smooth with the milk.
- 8. Season the cream cheese mixture with pepper and horseradish.
- 9. Mix the seasoned cream cheese mixture with the fine pepper cubes.
- 10. Spread the pepper-cream cheese mixture onto four slices of whole grain bread.
- 11. Place the lettuce leaves on the spread bread.
- 12. Distribute the turkey breast slices on the lettuce.
- 13. Place the cucumber slices on the turkey breast.
- 14. Add the sprouts as the final topping.
- 15. Cover each filled slice with another slice of bread.
