  4. 4. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the inside with the seeds.
  5. 5. Rinse the deseeded bell peppers briefly again.
  6. 6. Dice the bell peppers very finely.
  7. 7. Stir the cream cheese smooth with the milk.
  8. 8. Season the cream cheese mixture with pepper and horseradish.
