  7. 7. Pat the asparagus dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Halve the asparagus spears lengthwise.
  9. 9. Slice the asparagus halves into thin longitudinal slices using a vegetable peeler.
  10. 10. Wash the chicken fillets.
  11. 11. Pat the chicken fillets dry with kitchen paper.
  12. 12. Cut the chicken meat into strips.
  13. 13. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Halve the lime.
  15. 15. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  16. 16. Peel the garlic.
  17. 17. Dice the garlic finely.
  18. 18. Mix the garlic with honey and mustard.
  19. 19. Add three tablespoons of lime juice to the mixture.
