  1. 1. Wash the chicken breast fillets thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Mince the chicken meat very finely or push it through a meat grinder.
  3. 3. Crumble the toast bread slices into small pieces.
  4. 4. Mix the toast crumbs with the yogurt in a large bowl.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  6. 6. Chop the chili pepper very finely as well.
  7. 7. Wash the coriander greens and chop them finely.
  8. 8. Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
  9. 9. Add the minced chicken meat, the toast-yogurt mixture, the garlic, the chili, the coriander, the ginger, the turmeric powder, and the egg to the bowl.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with salt.
  11. 11. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
  12. 12. If the mixture is too soft, add some more white bread crumbs.
  13. 13. Form about 16 small, equal-sized meatballs from the mixture.
  14. 14. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
  15. 15. Fry the meatballs in the hot oil.
  16. 16. Fry them on each side for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
  17. 17. Preheat the oven or use a non-stick frying pan.
  18. 18. Bake the flatbreads briefly until they are warm and slightly crispy.
  19. 19. Cut each flatbread into 8 equal pieces.
  20. 20. Put the yogurt into a small bowl.
  21. 21. Add lemon juice and the finely chopped mint to the yogurt.
  22. 22. Mix the dip ingredients well.
  23. 23. Season the mint sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  24. 24. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  25. 25. Pierce one cucumber slice onto a meatball with a toothpick.
  26. 26. Place the meatball with the cucumber on a piece of flatbread.
  27. 27. Serve the meatballs with small bowls of mint-yogurt sauce for dipping.
