  6. 6. Mix all ingredients well until a moldable mass forms.
  7. 7. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  8. 8. Form small balls from the meat mixture.
  9. 9. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  10. 10. Dice the onion and the garlic finely.
