Ingredients
- 2 small turkey cutlets (each about 100 g)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 0.25 cucumber
- 1 tbsp mixed, chopped herbs
Instructions
- 1. Season the cutlets with salt and pepper. Wash the lettuce leaves and shake them dry.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cutlets in it for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Remove them and place them on a plate.
- 3. Spread the bread slices with butter and mustard. Top 2 bread slices with the lettuce leaves and the cutlets.
- 4. Peel the cucumber, slice it and distribute it over the meat. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with herbs. Place the remaining bread slices on top and press them down lightly.
