  5. 5. Let the zucchini sit for ten minutes to release water.
  6. 6. Pat the zucchini dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Peel the carrot.
  8. 8. Grate the carrot finely as well.
  9. 9. Wash the spring onions.
  10. 10. Trim the dry ends of the spring onions.
  11. 11. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  12. 12. Wash the chicken breast fillets.
  13. 13. Pat the chicken breast fillets dry.
  14. 14. Pass the chicken through a meat grinder or chop it very finely.
  15. 15. Mix the meat with the egg.
  16. 16. Add the spring onions to the meat mixture.
  17. 17. Add the zucchini to the meat mixture.
  18. 18. Add the carrot to the meat mixture.
  19. 19. Add enough breadcrumbs until the mixture can be shaped well.
  20. 20. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  21. 21. Form four burger patties from the mixture.
  22. 22. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  23. 23. Fry the burger patties in the hot pan for five to six minutes on each side until golden brown.

  35. 35. Toast the cut sides of the buns briefly.
  36. 36. Top the buns with the salad.
  37. 37. Top the buns with the avocado.
  38. 38. Top the buns with the tomato slices.
  39. 39. Top the buns with the chicken patties.
  40. 40. Add one tablespoon of ketchup to each burger.
  41. 41. Close the burgers with the top bun.
  42. 42. Serve the burgers immediately.
